I purchased my home from Raymond back in 2008, and i was a first time home buyer so i was very picky and didnt really know exactly what i wanted just knew i wanted to buy a house, Raymond was very patient with me and on his game when there was any questions i had. He must haved showed me 30 plus houses here in pinole area with him haveing to commute from Fremont but never raised the issue and he wanted my first home to be special and what i wanted not forced to put bids on every house we looked at, as other realitor's would suggest or want you to hurry up and buy so they get paid was not his intention at all. And at closeing he was also able to get me back closing cost as well. If i were to sell or buy again would deffinately use Raymond Maestas again.
